Refund & Return Policy – Jimmy Solutions

At Jimmy Solutions, customer satisfaction and transaction security are very important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, and disputes are handled when you use our payment gateway services.

By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the policies of the merchant (the business you purchased from). Jimmy Solutions acts as a payment gateway and processes payments on behalf of merchants, but the responsibility for product returns, cancellations, and refunds lies with the merchant.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by a technical error

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)

  • Merchant-approved refund requests (product return, order cancellation, etc.)


2. Refund Process

  • Customers must first contact the merchant directly for order-related refunds or returns.

  • Once a merchant approves a refund, Jimmy Solutions will process the payment reversal.

  • Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet).

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, card issuers, or payment partners, usually 7–14 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Transactions
Certain payments may not be eligible for refunds, including:

  • Transactions made for digital goods/services already delivered

  • Subscription or recurring payments (after service activation)

  • Payments made to merchants for non-refundable items as per their policies


4. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Customers may raise a dispute if they believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect.

  • Chargebacks are subject to review by Jimmy Solutions, the acquiring bank, and the card network.

  • Merchants will be required to provide supporting documents for disputed transactions.

  • In case of fraudulent or unauthorized activity, transactions may be reversed.


5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants using Jimmy Solutions must:

  • Clearly display their own refund/return policy on their website or store

  • Handle customer complaints and refund requests in a timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations


6. Jimmy Solutions’ Role
As a payment gateway, Jimmy Solutions:

  • Facilitates refund processing on behalf of merchants

  • Does not guarantee merchant refunds if their policy does not allow it

  • Ensures refunds are processed securely once authorized by the merchant
