3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using Jimmy Solutions agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated KYC documents
• Ensure their business complies with Pakistani laws
• Maintain secure handling of customer data
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited transactions

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Jimmy Solutions for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Illegal or unlicensed products and services
• Adult content, gambling, weapons, or drugs (unless legally approved)
• Transactions in violation of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations

5. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed in accordance with SBP guidelines.
• Settlement timelines vary depending on your agreement with Jimmy Solutions.
• Refunds and disputes are subject to review and supporting documentation.

6. Fees & Charges

Jimmy Solutions charges service fees for each transaction as agreed with the merchant. Additional charges may apply for:

8. Intellectual Property

• Service interruptions due to external factors (banks, telecom, hosting)
• Unauthorized use of your account credentials

10. Suspension & Termination

Jimmy Solutions may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to comply with SBP, SECP, or other regulatory requirements

11. Changes to Terms

Jimmy Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
